This is a version control program like C='s BumpRev. Main differences include using templates, controlling version, revision and beta version. Remembering author and copyright years, and various other improvements.

Please note that this is only version 3.4 - I actually use 7.x, but was half way through the major coding changes when I got interrupted by something (years ago) - I'd just finished getting it done again when the harddrive died on me, so it's waiting for me to get it fixed again...
