This plugin is meant for developers only, it allows you to use ARexx to insert fake messages from the server. I have been (reliably) informed that this will be being done as part of a later release anyway.

NOTE: No parsing of the line is done, so be careful, also no internal command is given so nobody has an excuse for accidently crashing by playing with commands...
